Just about the entire move, Life of Brian.
Half of Breakfast Club.
Inconceivable!
Thees word. You keep using it, but I do not think it means what you think it means.
A heck of a lot more that I am too tired to think of at the moment.".
More about Deacon Tim:"What to say. I am a geek as is perfectly obvious by the above stuff. But then again, how do you fit in the misspent youth doing the stage show of the Rocky Horror Picture Show while attending a (supposedly) Catholic college (before I became Catholic), the alternative/punk music, the interest in sci-fi and the fact that I am now a zeal...Expand for more
ous convert to the Catholic Church and I was ordained a deacon in August of 2012.
It seems I am a study in contrasts. Conservative to the core now and also when I was doing the RHPS. I still listen to my 80's music including the Femmes. Though I admit I try not to listen to Add it Up when the kids are around. Studied art and then added Bus. Admin in my junior year at Bellarmine. Then ended up doing computer work since college. Acted for 9 years in high school and college. Wrote a play and directed a few including an opera.
Mostly though I am living a pretty standard, boring life. Wife - 1 and only 1 ever. Kids - 2 girls and a boy. I'm a major dog person. Really miss having one around the house, but can't have one while my mother-in-law lives with us. I collect stuff. Books to read. Movies and TV shows to watch. Comics to read, though I have been converting to digital there. (geek alert) I hate throwing away stuff that has any kind of sentimental attachment.
I still draw Percy (Harvey from high school became Percival H. Rabbit III in college) sometimes, though not very often. Picked up stone sculpting in college though I don't really have a place to really work at it right now. I miss that as it's a great therapeutically relaxing effort.
I think. Always too much going on in my head all the time. Working on shutting up mentally to make my prayer life better. How can you listen to/for God if you won't shut up in your own head? I contemplate the theology stuff I read. A lot.
Like to think I am a good friend, father and husband but I know I have a lot to work on in all three areas.".
